FAQs

Interesting information about our Leadership

The Provinvial Grand Master is granted a Warrant for a period of time by Mark Grand Lodge, this is typically a 5 year appointment, however there are of course personal circumstances that may make this shorter, or the time may be extended as required.

Firstly. it is your lodge and the Provincial Team are coming to join in with your meeting. Yes, there are certain protocols that will need to be followed, but if you have specific things that you do within your lodge that are specific and unique to you, then let the DC Team know about them as early as possible and they will work with you to plan the visit to make sure that it is a great meeting for everyone. What the DC Team really hate is surprises !

Communication should normally be via the Provincial Secretariat, this is the normal route as you can imagine that everyone contacting the PGM, Deputy or Assistant directly would be a bit overwhelming!  They are very often out and about at meetings and a good way to discuss things that concern you is to attend one of the meetings that they are there and speak to them in the time between the meeting and the festive board, they are all very approachable!
